Delivery & Collection Times

Summer (March - October) = Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm (noon), collections between 5pm and 8pm **

Winter (October - March) = Delivery between 7:30am and 12pm (noon), collections between 4pm and 7pm **

Overnight hires = Delivery on your selected date between 7:30am and 12pm (noon), collections the following day between 7:30am and 1pm **

Fixed time delivery and collections = Only available between the hours of 9am and 5pm (Venues only). We ask for a 60 minute window between your venue hire times and party times to allow for efficient delivery and collection e.g. venue hire times 1pm until 5pm, party times 2pm until 4pm. ***

Multi day hires = Delivery on your first selected date between 7:30am and 12pm (noon), collections between 5pm and 8pm (Summer) or 4pm and 7pm (Winter) on your selected hire end date. **

** Unfortunately we are unable to be any more specific than these times.

*** If your hire is set to take place in our Winter season (Late October - Late March) and your event is running later than 5pm, please contact our friendly office team as we may be able to accommodate a later collection time for you.

Sizing measurements explained

Unit size = this is the manufacturers given sizing information for the product. This measurement is the space needed on the 'suitable' surface types for that product. EXAMPLE - if hiring a bouncy castle outdoors on real grass and the product measures 12ft wide by 12ft long, you will need a section of real grass to site the product on which measures at least 12ft wide by 12ft long. PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE TAB ON EACH PRODUCT FOR SPECIFIC SIZING INFORMATION.

Required space = this measurement refers to the space needed to safely use the equipment. This space needs to be free of obstacles. EXAMPLE - if a bouncy castle suitable for outdoors use on real grass measures 12ft wide by 12ft long and the required space is 16ft wide by 16ft long, then you will need a real grassed area of a minimum of 12ft wide by 12ft long plus an additional 2ft in all directions that is free from obstacles i.e fences, gate posts, washing lines, raised steps etc. PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE TAB ON EACH PRODUCT FOR SPECIFIC SIZING INFORMATION.

In order to maintain a high quality of products, the following products, of any kind, are strictly not to be used on or near the equipment at any time;

  • CONFETTI
  • FOOD / DRINK
  • CIGARETTES / E CIGARETTES
  • FACEPAINTS
  • GLITTER
  • PENS OF ANY KIND
  • GLOWSTICKS
  • BALLOONS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO COLLECTION AND NOT LEFT ON EQUIPMENT IF THE HIRE IS OVERNIGHT (COLOUR IN BALLOONS CAN RUN AND POTENTIALLY STAIN EQUIPMENT). FOR THIS REASON, BALLOONS SHOULD NOT BE USED ON EQUIPMENT IN WET CONDITIONS.

Unfortunately any of the above can damage or alter equipment and this can result in very costly repair / replace bills for customers who have not heeded the above information. A replacement bill for example could cost thousands of pounds.
