Meet the Team Behind St Helens’ Favourite Inflatable & Event Hire Company
Welcome to our Meet the Team page — the place where you can get to know the people behind the inflatables, obstacle courses, soft play, and all the fun we bring across St Helens, Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan and the North West.
As a family-run inflatable and leisure hire company, we believe the difference between a good event and a great one is the people who run it. That’s why I wanted to introduce you to the team who deliver, set up, supervise, clean, maintain, and look after every product we hire out.
From safety-trained setup specialists to our event coordinators and customer service team, we’re all here to make your experience smooth, friendly and completely stress-free.
👤 Steven – Owner
I started this business way back in 1994 after hiring a bouncy castle for my son Ian’s 4th birthday. A short time later, I had the chance to buy the very same castle — originally just for Ian and his younger sister, Paige.
Friends and family began asking to “borrow” it, and with my career in mining ending due to the closure of Parkside Colliery, followed by the decline of milk rounds, I decided to start a small hire company specialising in bouncy castles.
Over the years, we expanded into mini golf, soft play, obstacle courses, LED signs, dance floors and more. In the last decade, my children Ian and Paige, along with my daughter-in-law Antonia, have joined me in growing the business.
My job today is to ensure customers receive the best hire experience possible — reliable staff, safe equipment, clean inflatables and smooth event delivery. 👤 Ian – Manager
I’m responsible for making sure your event runs smoothly from the moment you book until everything is collected. My dad started the company in 1994, and I’ve been full-time since 2010 — although I’ve been helping out since my teenage years, usually being dragged along to help with collections!
My day-to-day roles include updating our websites, testing and cleaning equipment, delivering and setting up hire items, handling customer enquiries, managing bookings and much more. No two days are ever the same, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
👤 Angela – Customer Service
I’m available on the office landline (01744 602716) most days to answer questions, take telephone bookings and keep everything organised behind the scenes. I enjoy helping customers plan birthdays, fun days and corporate events, and I’ll always do my best to make your experience smooth and stress-free.
👤 Antonia – Event Co-ordinator / Balloon Artist
You may speak to me when you call with an enquiry or receive an email reply about balloon displays or event décor. During the week I work in the office planning upcoming events, and on weekends you’ll find me creating beautiful balloon installations alongside Paige.
I’m mum to Teddy and auntie to Ada. I’m married to Ian and have been involved in the business since we met in 2015. Watching the company grow has been incredible, and I’ve been full-time here since 2021. I’m always happy to help you plan an unforgettable event.
👤 Paige – Event Co-ordinator / Balloon Artist
You’ll often see me creating balloon displays or helping organise amazing events. I also assist in the office during the week, responding to emails and Facebook enquiries, taking telephone orders and supporting customers wherever I can.
I’m mum to Ada and auntie to Teddy, and with my dad starting this business in 1994, I’ve grown up around it and loved being part of its journey. I’m passionate about creating memorable experiences for our customers and helping to bring their ideas to life.
