Team building days throughout the North West
Yesterday, SJ Leisure went on a road trip to Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel in Rhyl, North Wales. Following a previous team building fun day we catered for at Alvaston Hall, Cheshire for staff at the Warner Leisure hotel, we were asked to put on a fun day / team building day for the staff at Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel.
The day was a fantastic success and the British weather was generally good to us, we had a little spot of rain as we were packing away but the event went dry and warm and was enjoyed by all including our staff!
The hotel is a magnificent place and has wonderful grounds to walk around and I would highly recommend the Warner Leisure hotel group to anyone looking for a short break away with their loved one. The staff were a credit to the company and very polite.
Back to the fun day, we provided a number of inflatables for the staff including our superb 'Ultimate WipeOut' simulator, DELUXE rodeo bull, inflatable bungee run and inflatable human football table. All the staff took part and were great sports.
These fun days / team building days are fantastic for boosting staff morale and promoting team work through fun and games such as the inflatable human football table were staff have to work as a team to reach a goal i.e. scoring a football goal.
