The festive season is always a very busy period for the team here at SJ's Leisure.
Alongside private occasions such as birthday parties, christenings, wedding receptions etc there is a huge amount of other event types to cover including corporate Christmas parties, promotional events, school fetes and fun days and much more.
We love this time of year, it's always nice to be busy but Christmas is extra special as everyone seems to be looking forward to Christmas for one reason or another and it's generally the jolliest time of the year.
Lots of our products and services can and are hired for Christmas themed events but we also have a huge range of Christmas themed products and services.
The rush of events generally begins around the middle of November and runs right up until we 'break up' for Christmas which on this year was Friday 23rd December 2022.
Particular highlights for this festive period were visiting many regular clients including a trip to Old Trafford (a particular highlight for Ian who is a big Manchester United fan).

A great event which was enjoyed by guests and staff alike.
Christmas grotto set ups were again especially popular during December and hired by a variety of clients including community groups, corporate clients, nurseries and much more.
The above image shows a full Santa's grotto set up experience at a nursery in St Helens set up indoors for a Santa meet and greet and Christmas market event. Our team supplied suitable props for the indoor set up which looked amazing inside a classroom within the nursery building. Again another great event enjoyed by many.
Another fantastic event (shown above), seen our team travel to Birkenhead shortly before Christmas Day to supply an inflatable snow globe and full Santa's grotto experience for a community event taking place in the evening.
Our team at SJ's Leisure : Dress Your Event were equally busy providing venue dressing and party planning services during the festive period.
As you can see above, balloon decor was particularly popular for Christmas parties and events and the above image shows a regular party venue we work alongside and treasure - Rainford Village Hall. A fantastic, well run and very clean venue perfect for events and parties for all ages.
A great Christmas break followed for all staff and we are back to it in 2023, refreshed and ready to go!
