QVC 30th birthday celebrations - Event creation
We were delighted to be asked by QVC to supply event decor and hire products to their Liverpool base as part of their 30th birthday celebrations.
Our team had only a short journey from our base in St Helens, Merseyside to QVC's premises in Kirkby, Liverpool this time round which is always a bonus!
QVC UK is a television shopping channel broadcast from the United Kingdom to the United Kingdom and Ireland. It was formed in 1993 when QVC, Inc. agreed to a deal with Sky TV to create a UK version of the US channel. "QVC – The Shopping Channel" first broadcast in the UK on 1 October 1993. You can view the QVC UK shopping channel in the UK with freeview on channel 16 (QVC) or channel 37 (QVC2) (19:00–13:00).
Since being introduced to the UK television platform, the brand has expanded with QVC Beauty, QVC Style and QVC Extra.
What we provided
QVC approached us earlier this month to discuss creating this event at their Liverpool premises. Our contact from QVC requested balloon decor, LED signs in both number and letter form, a fully loaded candy cart, prosecco cart and retro arcade games.
The LED signs provided were '30' x2 for two areas at the businesses premises along with 'QVC'. The LED '30' signs were decorated with super balloon displays by our colleagues from SJ's Leisure: Dress Your Event. The colours chosen for the balloon display were peach, rose gold and silver.

All of these products were supplied on a multi day hire so that all staff can enjoy them throughout the week.
