New Community Partnership Scheme Launched for Schools, Clubs & Local Organisations
At SJ’s Leisure, we have always believed in supporting the community that supports us. Over the years we have received countless requests from schools, PTAs, sports clubs and local groups asking for raffle prizes, sponsorships and free hire. We would genuinely love to help everyone, but with the number of enquiries growing every year, it simply isn’t possible to give something away to every organisation that asks.
To make things fair, consistent and genuinely beneficial for all, we have introduced a new initiative that any community group across the North West can take advantage of.
Introducing the SJ’s Leisure Community
Partnership Code
This new scheme is available to all schools, nurseries, PTAs, football clubs, rugby clubs, dance schools, party venues, community centres, youth groups, charities and similar organisations.
Here’s how it works:
-
We create a unique partnership code specifically for your organisation.
-
Supporters, parents, players, families or visitors enter this code when making a booking on our website.
-
Each use of the code is automatically logged in our system.
-
At the end of a 12-month period, your organisation receives a credit amount based on how many times the code has been used.
-
You can then use that credit towards any hire, or choose to receive it as a voucher for raffles, fundraising prizes or events.
In short: the more your community books with us, the more we give back to you.
Why We Designed It This Way
This scheme ensures that:
-
Every organisation has an equal opportunity to benefit.
-
There’s no limit to how much you can earn.
-
Credit is generated based on genuine support from your community, making it sustainable long-term.
-
We can continue focusing on providing high-quality equipment, outstanding service and industry-leading safety — while still giving something meaningful back to local groups.
It’s simple, transparent and genuinely helpful for organisations looking to raise funds throughout the year.
How to Promote Your Code
Once your code is created, you’re welcome to share it through:
-
newsletters
-
PTA or club websites
-
social media pages
-
WhatsApp groups
-
noticeboards
-
event handouts
-
parent communications
Most groups find that once the community understands they can generate support for their school or club just by booking equipment they were already planning to hire, usage grows quickly.
