Do you provide a Santa actor or elves?
No — we only provide the inflatable grotto and any optional props you choose. You’re welcome to arrange your own Santa and helpers to run the meet-and-greet.
Can the grottos be set up indoors and outdoors?
Yes. We can install indoors or outdoors as long as the ground is suitable and safe anchorage can be achieved. Outdoor setups must have no adverse weather such as high winds, and there must be enough space for secure anchoring.
Do you offer multi-day hire?
Yes — you can book any grotto for up to 7 days directly through our website (https://www.sjleisure.co.uk).
If you need a longer hire, such as a full Christmas market run or a week-long shopping centre activation, just email or call us and we can arrange an extended hire period.
